Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Foggy start then sunny with light winds Max Speed: Distance Covered: Friday 28th February - walk **** – Christchurch Park, Ipswich – Foggy start then sunny with light winds. Woke to a foggy morning and as we are heading to Ipswich this morning I decided to drive down to Felixstowe Ferry to take a few weather pics, a bit breezy for really good pics and by the time I stopped at The Fludyers and The Pier the fog had gone and the sun was out! I had time to sort out my pics, have breakfast and packed a picnic before heading round to pick Maeva before driving to Ipswich to meet my sister at my Dads bungalow to have a chat and sort a few more things out before it goes on the market! We have a pleasant hour then drive to Christchurch Park to make the most of the spring sunshine! We do a circuit of the lovely park, past the Mansion with several colourful crocus;s, past the round lake covered in gulls before feeding the ducks at the wild lake before finding a seat for lunch near the old bowling green and were soon surrounded by squirrels which were lapping up the peanuts we had taken, we had magpies and pigeons too enjoying our picnic lunch! We continued and were soon surrounded by at least 15 squirrels near the tennis courts! Maeva loved feeding the squirrels but was getting tired and dozed off as we headed back to the van! We dropped Maeva off before heading home for the usual cuppa and hot water bottle, top day:) Then that tosser Trump and Vance spoiled everything with their appalling treatment of Zelensky in the White House like a couple of school yard bullies, how they ever got into power baffles me, the world has gone to shite and one step closer to world war three!
